CONTROL YOUR PREFERENCES
COOKIE POLICY
Effective September 27, 2026
This policy covers cookies, browser storage, pixels, and similar technologies used by Fall Claim Lawyers. Our Privacy Policy explains inquiry processing and other personal information.
Your choices are always available
Accept, reject, or customize optional categories. You can request a case review either way. No analytics or advertising provider is currently installed.
Current storage inventory
Site delivery, access control, and security may use platform-managed technical storage. An access-restricted preview can require the hosting platform’s sign-in. That storage is managed by the platform, may vary with your session and security settings, and is separate from this site’s optional consent choices. This inventory does not claim to list cookies on external provider websites.
What each category means
Essential: functions needed to deliver or protect the website and remember your privacy choice. The preference record is saved when you make a choice, including rejection.
Analytics: optional measurement of visits and site use. No analytics tool is currently active.
Advertising & pixels: optional advertising measurement and personalized advertising. Pixels can transmit information without cookies, so a consent decision must control the tracking code too. No advertising tool is currently active.
How your choice works
- Optional categories are off until you explicitly allow them. No optional provider is contacted before consent.
- Reject Optional turns both optional categories off. Customize lets you save separate choices.
- Closing the settings panel or scrolling does not grant consent.
- You can reopen from any page, including the footer, to withdraw or change your choice without reloading the form.
- Choices are specific to this browser and site address. Use the controls again on another device or browser.
- The site asks again after 180 days, if you clear browser storage, or when the notice or optional provider configuration changes. A choice saved with no providers does not authorize newly added providers.
- If your browser blocks storage, the choice applies for the current visit and may be requested again.
Browser privacy signals
Global Privacy Control (GPC), when exposed by your browser, keeps Advertising & pixels off and overrides an earlier advertising opt-in. The advertising switch is disabled while GPC is on. GPC does not prevent a requested form submission or automatically delete information already submitted. You can use Cookie Settings to turn analytics off as well.
Forms and third parties
The case-review form sends the information you submit to FormSubmit for email delivery. That requested function works without optional cookie consent. We do not load a FormSubmit advertising pixel or tracking script when you browse. Visiting an external link is subject to the destination’s own policy and controls.
Questions and changes
Contact contact@fallclaimlawyers.com with cookie or privacy questions. We will identify a new optional provider, purpose, data use, and storage duration here before activating it, and request a fresh consent choice.
